Kinesio taping was relatively effective in reducing the issues arising from pre-menstrual syndrome among young females. It was also seen during the study that females' psychological parameters also improved. A vast scope of research is available in this area on a bigger scale which needs to be addressed by the researchers to eradicate this common problem of women without medication.
