Biography:
Dr. Amanda C. Wise, OTD, MS, OTR/L, BCPR, NBC-HWC, is an Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy (OT) Program at Creighton University with more than 26 years of clinical and academic experience. She earned her BS in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and her BSOT, MS in Integrated Health and Wellness, and Post-Professional Doctorate of OT from Creighton University. Her teaching, research, and scholarship focus on holistic health and wellbeing, community-based services, preventive care, and physical rehabilitation. An active leader in the profession, Dr. Wise is dedicated to advancing evidence-based practice through education, scholarship, mentorship, and service.
