Abstract:

Last few years especially during and after COVID pandemic , human race passed through different Health related issues which need to form a Healthier Tomorrow for a healthy lifestyle along with better Health and Wellness status. Healthier tomorrow can be achieved by proper nutrition with healthy lifestyle beside other social and economical factors. Practicing healthy habits, getting regular check-ups, and learning how to stay well can lead to a Healthier tomorrow. Physical fitness along with proper food and nutrition may lead a nation to a healthy state for a healthier tomorrow. A long term bio-intervention is necessary for a healthier tomorrow. Last few decades human race faced some challenges caused by different viral infections which forced the human race to realize for a healthy state of body for a healthier future. For a healthier tomorrow, human beings need to improve immune system of the body for good health. Exercise and proper nutrition can improve the immune system of the body which can prevent viral infections as well as diseases. Studies revealed that exercise and physical activities improve immune system. It increases blood flow, reduces stress and inflammation, and can strengthen antibodies

Acute exercise is an immune system helper that improves immune system and metabolic health which ultimately reduces illness. Exercise should be moderate and combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercises. The best way to do exercise is with 40-50% of maximum load which is more beneficial to improve immune system of the body. Besides balance diet, one should take functional foods which improve immune system of the human body. Functional foods are ingredients that offer health benefits that extend beyond their nutritional value. Functional foods are generally separated into two categories: Conventional and Modified. Conventional foods are natural, whole-food ingredients that are rich in important nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and heart-healthy fats. Modified foods have been fortified with additional ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals, probiotics, or fibre, to increase a food’s health benefits. For a healthier tomorrow, health and wellbeing has a significant role for improvement. Health and Wellbeing, on the other way, dependent on healthy status of the society where health and wellness of the society in turn depends on its members. Human being is one of the important members of a society. So health and wellness of human being has a significant role for Healthier tomorrow. Physical activities and Nutrition along with nutritional supplements indirectly improve the health and wellness of human beings which is needed for a Healthier tomorrow.

Dr. Anup Adhikari is an Exercise Physiologist, Level 4 Criterion Anthropometrist ( ISAK), Personal Trainer , Nutrition and Wellness Specialist . He has worked as Sports Scientist and Exercise Physiologist in different countries across the world. He is also an Level 4 International Instructor for Kinnthropometry accredited by ISAK ( International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry ). He is now Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Kinanthropometry.
